In the past several years Dave's primary area of focus has been Real Estate.  Today, he spends a good deal of time with customers of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokeragein the Coachella Valley: Palm Springs/Palm Desert.  Prior to this he was directly involved in commercial transactions with Collier’s International.  He holds a current BRE license in California.

Dave was the owner of The Original Key West Cigar Factory, a part of the history and retail of Key West, Florida since 1963, from 2007 to August of 2018.  He is sole owner of both HomCheck, a vacation home inspections service and Vineyard Visits, an itinerary planning service for California Wine Country adventures.  

He spent five years in a functional capacity for Global Marketing Partners, a leading distribution aggregator where heled a team of associates who created and sold over $4m of marketing vehicles annually inside a major technology retailer’s eCommerce and B2B groups, leveraging print, CRM and online medias.

Dave’s additional client list includes Executive Business Systems, DigitalZing, Equifax, Donnelly/InfoUSA, Bravo Foods, Stuffbak, CyberPlay, SIDEA,River Source Investments, Media Specialists, American Customer Satisfaction Group, Family Wealth Management, EarthLink, Naviant and others.

Dave’s experience includes: vice president at Merisel Inc., a $5 billion distributor of computer products, where he was responsible for retail and internet customers such as CompUSA, Office Depot, Staples, Micro Center and Fry’s. He has held vice president of merchandising positions with Computer City/Communication Expo and GameStop(Software Etc). In addition, he has held various senior executive operational positions with Software Etc., Zale Jewelers, Montgomery Ward and Target​​

Dave founded and contributes toRetail Intelligence®– a subscription based, weekly newsletter along with Facebook/Twitter postings of interest to brokerage and investment firms that report and closely follow retail and retailers.
