He recently retired as President of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., a Richardson, Texas company that manufactures optical sighting systems and assemblies primarily for Department of Defense (DOD) applications. Optex also manufactures numerous periscope configurations, rifle and surveillance sights and night vision optical assemblies.
Stan was also recognized as one of the top wedding officiants in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Regional area. His success is attributed, just as his success in business, to the personal attention each of “his couples” receive. His dedication to making each couple’s wedding day uniquely there’s has brought him top honors among industry standards.
Immediately prior to CPointe, Stan was vice president of store operations of the 396 stores of Software Etc. that capped a retail career that included some of today's best known companies: Gap, T. J. Maxx and Banana Republic where he is credited with the successful national launch of that chain.
Stan is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the KMPG Audit Committee Institute and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Audit Committees in the New Era of Governance. He is active in community affairs, and actively supports the North Texas Food Bank and Wounded Warrior Project.
